The treatment was very professionally done and the scar is minimal. It was a sensitive area on my face so I was frightened on the day and the Mr Williams handled this well, keeping me informed with a both sympathetic and authoritative manner. The only improvement I would suggest is that I wasn't told that the dissolving stitches can take so long to dissolve.

I liked the fact that he introduced himself and was polite throughout my procedure but at the same time friendly and reassuring. I also found his team to be the same. I cannot make any suggestions regarding improvements because I cannot see how the service I received could have been improved.

Mr Williams was my surgeon for my breast reconstruction in May of this year. Right from my first meeting I had no doubts about going ahead with my surgery, Mr Williams was smiling and kind, and made me feel totally at ease. Each appointment i have had, I have left feeling happy and with a good understanding of what would happen, why and when. I felt there was very little need to ask questions as he explained everything plainly, in a way I could understand which made me feel confidence in not just Mr Williams but myself. After being ill with various things since July 2013 I had been feeling really unhappy and down about my body, appearance and my life in general, but after having my reconstruction surgery everything changed. Mr Williams did such a amazing job, my old mastectomy scar was thick, purple and i couldn't bare to look at it, where as my new breast has a very delicate line across, it feels and looks so wonderful that it has completely given me my confidence back, I feel as though have been given a second chance, it has made such a big difference to my life and i can not thank him and his team enough.

Andrew took the trouble to introduce himself, explain exactly what the procedure involved, and asked if I had any questions. He was professional, pleasant and approachable and made me feel completely at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend him to other patients, and would certainly not be concerned about having further procedures. His care was exemplary and I cannot think of any suggesdtions for improvement as none is required.

The very friendly and pleasant atmosphere in the outpatient theatre made me feel totally relaxed and at ease throughout.
